Look just like the ones I wear. .. Hmm - come to think of it, I am pretty darned old, but my glasses aren't nearly as old as I am.

I've googled it and its tough (at least to me) with eyewear. the lenses have the same type of wear and haze the old bottles I find in the same area have...

IMO - They look modern, first clue is the plastic molded ear pieces encasing the metal
Maybe also the shape of the lenses, and consider the plastic on the nose pc

If I had put this post up everyone would be asking "Did they have glasses back then?" Sure glad Mud Hut did it!:hello2::icon_thumright:

I bought a pair of those last year...for the sole purpose that they look vintage and I can use them in Civil War Reenactments

I thought that too, but during my 'Google-search', I found a 50's pair with the plastic bits...070612-30-.webp

Unless I'm vintage, they aint vintage. No wise cracks, I'm old, but I aint vintage. Vintage has got to be a year or two older than me.

if they're from the 50's or 60's, I keep 'em. if not, then its off to the thrift store :)
