Vintage Parachute Pin Soviet Union?

[Butterfield]

I know this isn't technically aToken, but I came across this at a coin shop and can't determine what it is. There are similar ones on Ebay, but I can't find this exact one. Is it from the Soviet Union? Is it Military related? Does anyone know? Thanks!

That's a big help. Thank you!

You might want to post it (or have it moved) to the "What is it" section to get more responses.
