Vintage racing suit, Nascar, Formula1? Does anybody know about these? :-)

I scored this this morning at a garage sale. It is soiled but in very very good condition. Has great patches. Appears to be from a professional driver. Does anybody have any idea on the racer? Thank you!

Well, art, I looked him up, using the spelling on the suit, and he was a driver. Was on a team that came in third at the 24 hour Daytona several years ago. More info is available online. Note: there was another driver named Darin Brassfield, so you will have to search through some fluff.
