Vintage tool addiction keeps chugging with a $30 buy.

Cleared off the entire work bench at an estate sale and this is what I got, not pictured are 2 axes and a 10lb cross peen and a nice wood tool box that I crammed this all in. Guy said $30 and I took it. Nothing spectacular, but for $30 I am happy.
