Does anyone know about a Viper dowsing rod. It has 5 different tips for gold, silver, ruby, emerald and US Dollar. The long rods connect to a handle for use. I inherited it and wondered about its value.

If dowsing conditions were prevailing, the different tips would be used for various types of targets if you were mentally incapable of retaining a target such as gold in your mind. In other words mental crutches. Max

In simple terms; the various tips are totally worthless as far as doing anything "physical" in the process of dowsing for something. You could obtain the same result by merely writing the word "Gold" on a small slip of paper and carrying it around in your shirt pocket. It serves as nothing more than a mental witness....
