W.O.W. watch fob

I recently dug this watch fob in Eugene Oregon.

I know what WOW is, but does anyone have any idea what years these style of fobs were made?

I found one like yours a long time ago and was told here it was from 1890-1910.

It is the same design as my wow buckle and it was made in 1895
