Wagon wheel landscaped lawn wall , Las vegas

I saw this wall last weekend about 3 miles from the Vegas strip while visting friends, I thought it was interesting so I"m posting it. I noticed in a concrete written inscription the date 1957. The house is for sale and empty, and I could tell their were signs of possible breakins. I could also tell at a glance the formers owners took pride in their home. I wonder how long the wheels will last before someone decides to recycle them.
