Future Library dedicated to California's Governor Gerald Brown...
During Gov Moonbeam's first stint in office there was a major drought throughout California.
Water rationing was in force, and Gov Moonbeam's motto was, "If it's yellow, let it mellow. And if it's brown, flush it down".
The crapper structure is more than appropriate.
In fact I will donate a dollar on my Cal-State taxes to the building fund.
I can hear the outcry now, GO JERRY, GO JERRY...UGH, UGH...GO JERRY, GO JERRY....
