Waldorf Area MD'ers

Is there anybody around the Waldorf Area that likes to go MD'ing give me a hollar. I go to Colonial Beach during the summer months. I am a firefighter on the Indian Head base so I am 24 on and 24 off so I will be checking out places soon during the weekdays. I want to find some more civil war relics like I use to find and sell. I first am working on some snake leggings due to the fact last year a copperhead almost got me while I was relic hunting. So it is protective leggings this year.

Colonial Beach is on the other side of the Potomac River bridge into Virginia. Lots of beach area. I did pretty good there last year. It is off of Rt. 301 after you go up the first big hill the turn is on the left, I want to say the turn is at the 3rd light and you follow the signs.
