war buttons and more > from Mothers treasure chest

Hi everyone I haven't been able to go HH this weekend so I decided to have my mother to hunt and find some things she has in her treasure chest She will be 90 in Sept. She sold the family farm and home to the baby brother and moved in with me Here are some things she found for me to post. None dug finds as they have come down from the family. Hope you might be able to let me know if they have more than sentimental value By the way I cont. to be addicted to this wonderful site. All the HH's I have met are great ! Thank you all for sharing as I truely enjoy your post and finds > HH Marjorierose

I added some other items. One is a bullet that was dug out of a tree where a battle was fought ? I don't know if it is a Civil War era bullet ??

I thought I would show a pic of Mother
any idea what they could be worth ??

Nice buttons in great shape.Nice looking mom too.I'm working on getting a hold of some members that could ID these specifically and perhaps get a ballpark figure for value.

The button on the far left in the top photo is a North Carolina state seal staff button and appears to be the postwar variety listed by Albert as #NC 4.

At left center is a WWI period U.S. National Guard collar disk.

At right center is a WWI period U.S. Army 52nd Infantry, Co. G collar disk.
