Not wanting to waste the unusually warm weather for this part of the year, I got out for a little bit and found a few things.
I have cleaned most of the coins from my yard.
Only managed to find a 1956 wheat and a 1940 nickel.
Moved on to a trashy area I skipped last year and pulled out a few relics

Also found a 1884 Arcadian teaspoon marked 1847 Rogers Bros
(I don't know my spoons ;D I had to look this one up)

It was a bad signal and I did not bother pinpointing it well....
and chopped it in half with my shovel ::)

Hope everyone else up here got out to hunt too.

That one piece looks like an old lighter (?).

Good bunch of finds.Wonder what that is on far right.Could be something you put in a cake pan? My first though was a juicer.

yep it does, like the type the Rosen company makes, started in 1935 I think to present.

Yes it is a lighter. I found one of these when I was younger too by throwing a magnet off the side of a dock... found a lot of rusty hooks too :D

I have been wondering that too, but it has a hole on the back side like it screws into something. Given its size, I think it is a dresser knob or something similar.
