We found a 1936 Mercury dime on the sidewalk while walking the dog. That shows there is still good stuff to be found in unlikely places. Not quite CRH, but it is a related topic: keeping an active eye out for interesting coins, no matter where or how :) . No pictures yet. We'll see if the scanner decides to work...

train your dog to smell silver and you'll find even more
i second this. You and I should start an army of pitbulls sniffing out tella trays from the distance

Wow I didn't realize 50cent and eminem were into metal detecting!

Cool stuff! I found a 1910 wheat cent on the floor of the store I work at a few months ago.

Oh man- if that could be possible- and they couod sniff it out of the rolls- imagine the volume you could do- or if they could smell them even through the boxes- then you'd know a skunk without even opening the box

just keep stacking, just keep stacking, stacking stacking stacking

Why not just use a metal detector to sniff the silver out of rolls?

*I'm so sorry I apologize to all for starting this again but I couldn't help myself.
