the owner fired the punk -- I'm sure that burger king corp also takes a dim view of this type of behavoir * very bad for the company image * --most likely the lawsuit will get "tossed" out or settled out of court rapidly (damage control by corperate to shut off bad press)-- since both the owner and burger king corp -- clearly do not "ok" this type of behavior--- how are they to "blame" if one of the employees does a stupid and illegal act? -- so basically your sueing the wrong person) the cop needs to sue the kid for "emotional distress and "ruining" forever the enjoyment of being able to eat out --(for fear of spit in his food)-------- once they found out --the employees were fired ( all the store can legally do at that time--is fire them --that and later on sue them "for "ruining" their rep --as a desirible place to eat") --not that the idiots have any money or anything of great value but they still needs their butts sued and anything they have needs to be forked over to the cop and the burger store owner who's bussiness they most likely "killed"
