at the beach sat. an a young lady got hit by a ray.I saw 1 about 8" round all day but they are out there this time of year.Gulf coast of FL. Also, Lighting,I can't understand why it takes enforcement to get people off the beach when it starts to lighting.I even saw people unpacking there cars to go out on the beach while the beach was being cleared of people because of the lighting,we just had 2 people hit on beach this week.
