water detecting port saint lucie area

would like to know what the detecting laws are in the port saint lucie florida area. I mainly water and beach hunt and possibly relocating there in the next few months. thanks for your help

Mainly your ok from the high tide line to the water. If you cover your holes and take out your trash you dig up you will be ok. Try to keep a low profile and if someones asks you how your doing, never show them your good stuff or tell them anything about it. Just say, "A few bottle caps, wire and junk and a couple pennies."
