Weekend Challenge...Retractable key chain or watch fob

Hi All,
Found this yesterday in a friend's front yard. House was built in the 40's. The chain is very fine, not sure it could hold much. Did a google search on the writing that I could make out on the back but no luck. Alon or Abon with creat... underneath it.

Well that wasn't much of a challenge. Well done Creskol and mojjax!! Any idea on age?
