When relic fever sets in and than cabin fever about the same time it's a bad combination. The weather Sat. morning was bright sunny, no wind but only 29 to 31 degrees. I went anyway and had some diffaculty digging at first. I than moved to a southern slope and it was a little better. The ground was frozen about 2-3 inches deep. This made it tough but once I got my digging tool past the frozen layer I was able to pry it up, most of the time. I dug a nice Civil War blanket roll buckle, and a few 3 ringers. Hopefully the weather will improve soon, Untill than happy hunting. Tsgman
