Weekend Trip to Boise

First I would like to thanks the folks at the Wampum Hut and their MD club for allowing me to attend their 3rd Saturday club hunt. I had a great time.

My first find after getting my permit was sort of a mistake. I missed a turn into a park and in trying to take a shortcut back I wound up in a parking lot with some adjacent picnic tables. I figured that was a good place to start and sure enough I found a coin drop that had 11 coins in the same hole. 2 quarters, 3 dimes and 6 cents.

For the weekend I got approximately $5.00 in clad and a strange nugget that appears to be bronze.

In fact I just got back from cruising the local park. Tonight was concert in the park and I wanted to see where everyone put their lawn chairs and where the refreshment trailers were located so I'll know where to hunt in the morning
