Weird find in the Black Hills of South Dakota

While out gold panning I found this weird shell like fossil? It feels like shell material. Slightly brittle on the thin edges. It was lying in the dry creek bed. Maybe someone here can identify it.

Looks like it might have been a cattle horn or maybe bison maybe the tip of one? don't know just a guess.

Definitely part of a horn. Maybe a Bighorn Sheep?
