Well isn't that Grande

While doing some research on a detecting site I happened across opportunity to rescue another classic. I saw it in back and asked the guy, I was hitting on for information about a site, if he would sell and he said yes. $250. Is looks to be complete minus the motor which was a 351-C. I believe he removed the motor to use in a race car.

Anyway, after 4 years of looking for another mustang, and 5 other projects, I finally found one. Not a fastback as I had hoped, but the Grande was a low production model so it's all good.

Here it is being hooked up and on it's way home where it is getting a motor installed currently.

I had a 69 Grande that my Dad had to sell while I was in college back in 90. I'm trying to track it down and buy it back.
