Here's some recent buys. The California med is the oldest, dating to around 1860-1869. Most of the known examples were privy dug, as this one was. The Aronsons flask has a nice purple tint to it, and a tooled top. The Roth and Co bottle has an internal screw thread, a rare closure for the 1800s. This Vartray Ginger beer has a style of closure I've never seen on a Vartray product before, and the Mason jar is a rare, 1875-1885 jar worth about $75. I paid $10.
