What are these? New finds

Found these next to and under a bunch of old brick in the middle of nowhere. Not sure what it was used for. At first all those bricks seemed like an outside cooking area from 1800's or so, but I'm not sure because it wasn't a house. There was a bunch of quartz around it. Why? Any help appreciated

I see a very rusty type of lag bolt and a washer, but the other item is a mystery still.
 

The other item if aluminum is not from the 1800s.
 

I would say it is a big carriage bolt with washer and nut.

The half moon item is a grease fitting cover that you would rotate around to access the fitting.
