It's a brecciated mineral of some kind maybe?. An image of brecciated black and white marble is closest thing I could find, but I'm not so sure it would be that either. It might be even some kind of man made composite of a white stone bonded with a polymer. I just can't find an example of any natural stone like it, but it could exist for all I know. :dontknow:

I think tamrock hit it on the head with composite.
