I was at an old military site(dated 1895-1905) today and I dug up some of these things. Anyone recognize anything? I have no idea what they are. Also, does anyone have resources online that they use to identify this kind of stuff?

You have had a few guess's on your wire so I will throw mine into the mix, It might have been a hot wire (electric fence) where it connected to insulator.

The round item with 3 holes and large center hole is an escutcheon if center hole is threaded they used to be used with pipe to make legs for bath sinks,The fourth picture looks like half of a concrete anchor.
You're right on the escutcheon part but it is from a door handle. should be brass or brass plated. Now all he has to do is come up with some real nice glass doorknobs to go with it!

Yeah after vhs posted the pic I realized it was door escutcheon instead.

Picture 7 looks like the top to a smoke grenade. Is there a pin type mechanism that should be folded in? You may not be able to move it, but there should be a small point there and a spring.

mm there wasn't a spring :/
