Since you mention "tool", "cutting", and "smashing", I'm guessing you are asking whether these are Native American artifacts? If so, I'm afraid the answer is no. They are just natural rocks.

Were these in the bassoon case? Or actually inside the horn?
It sounds like someone had them hid away. That’s a strange place to store such items. 🤔
