What are your top 3 MD dream locales barring proximity legality or remoteness?

1) Ive always thought it would be amazing to detect the parks of the East Village in Manhattan, Its one of the first areas to be settled by Europeans in the United States and continuously occupied by a huge ever shifting mass of humanity. I don't know how practical it would be to even try.

2) The Texas barrier Island of North Padre........ been to South Padre many times, found great stuff, (not a lot) . MD's are tolerated there. The area north is a huge state park that comprises the United States's absolute last frontier of unmolested remote coastline. There is a tremendous amount of history associated with this region of which the vast majority is unpublished. The ranger service that patrols North Padre is isolated and militant...... Ill tell you my third if someone asks me........ What are yours.?

OK, I have a lot of number 3's:
San Jacinto battleground, Texas....., but truthfully Texas has not been as good to me as some other places I go to regularly.

There is a park not far from my home that I can dig modern change at two minute intervals literally all day long..... never ending. It hasn't been intentionaly discarded, (not recently anyway....) its always an inch or two below the sod. I have gone home with anywhere from $2 to $35 per 4 hour dig Sometime that two dollars is comprised of 100 zinc pennies and a quarter or two. There have been three silver days also. Thats just about my least favorite location, but my point is I can make the coil react to coin chatter at will.

Secondly would be Jerusalem or the Holy Land in general

Thirdly I would find it interesting to detect the Bavarian Forest or some place with a strong presence of the German army during WWll. I think this would produce some great relics..

The white house lawn, I've never even thought of that.... You would need something multi frequency with really good discrimination because I'd bet a million there is more trash per square inch then a land fill.
