What can I expect to find at this cemetery?

There's this cemetery close to where I live that I'm going to detect over my spring break. It is located in some woods and most of the graves are from the 1880's and 1890's. Some broken milk bottles are on the ground. What can I expect to find at this cemetery other than coins?? ?Thanks!? ? ? ? ? ?Matt

Bones, mostly! LOL Detect the perimeter and you'll probably have good luck with coins. If people park cars on the grass, who knows what you will find. Goodies hopefully> Keep us pic'd and posted.

Be sure and check around any really large trees some distance away. Horses would have been tied to trees but not too close. (we all know how annoying they can be!)

If you dig up any brass handles, i wouldn't pull them up. That old a place and the area around it could hold some nice coins. I wouldn't hunt for artifacts though. Good luck HH

Actually fbeal isn't far off the mark. look for a spot where people can have a little picnic. People like to visit relatives on the holidays, not trying to be gruesome but that also means deceased relatives. Sometimes they'll go by themselves and other times they'll meet other family members and just sit and reminise over old times
