Might be a flake but I would have to see both sides of it to know. Should be a striking spot on it if it is.

There are multiple worked places on both sides. Flash was washing it out. Definitely a crude little point.

Looks like it might be crude/used-up point with the base broke off. Hard to ID with the base gone.
