I almost didn't pick it up because it looked like a bone, but it is indeed made of stone. What do you think?

I almost looks like they were making a bowl for a smoking pipe and the rock split apart. Just a guess.

Broken smoke tube. Like a pipe, also used in blowing cleansing smoke during rituals and healing.
