Dozens have been produced throughout the years-Yellow Jacker, Higrader--Highgrader 2-camel and on and on--with no real success. I've had dealerships for quite a few and never made zilch on them because we had a wet processing area in my store for folks to use. Good equipment sells itself and they never caught on--lotza luck--tons a au 2 u 2 -John

And I am always interested in any type of gold recovery system.
I have a 2 1/2" high banker, sluice, dredge, combination and a little camel spiral wheel, but have never tried a trommel and would like to.

I am very interested in your idea, especially if you can create something portable and affordable. Don't let anyone tell you that you won't be successful at it, it's all in your design and approach and the kind of price you offer the public. I think the ones that failed at it, were setting their prices way too high and/or the product didn't perform well enough to justify the price.


Let me know when you are ready to crank something out, you have my full support.

PESCO products had a store in westminster then Buena Park after I retired. The mfg. factory was in Huntington beach. Unfortunately the new owners decided to reengineer all the equipment line and killed a mil+ biz in short order-John

Trommels just classify dont they? I mean the trommel itself, not including the setup you show with the highbanker.
