MS61, 3 Dollar 1854

MS65, 2 1/2 Dollar Sesquicentennial 1926

MS63, 10 Dollar 1910 D

What do you think these coins might fetch top dollar?

They are worth $3, $2.50 and $10. It says it right on them. I'll keep my opinions to myself, don't want any hurt feelings.

If you get them professionally graded, I'll give you an estimate.
Don.......

I believe they already have been! The $3 appears to be in a NGC holder, the $2.50 in a PCGS holder and the $10 in either a ANACS or NGC holder.

JC, looks like your feelings are just as hurt. Sorry if maybe I made a misread of your buddies comments, try to think of it like if someone called your car a dog, or your motorcycle a dog. Yeah, I took offence and got my little feelings hurt. Okay I probably was having a bad day and over reacted, I'll be the bigger man here and apologize.

Huntsman is right Don, they have been graded and the grades are listed in the post.

Just for the record, I don't know Huntsman or Coinguy Matthew better than I know you. The only way I would get upset is if you called my Mom or Wife a dog, other than that if I ask for an opinion I actually want to hear an honest one, not to be showered with platitudes. I just call em like I see em and what happened in that last thread wasn't right, so I feel an apology was a very good idea. Good luck with your coins.

Don't know the Red/Blue Book or grey sheet prices at this time .
Imo there worth what what Someone wants to pay for them/ How much they like the type.
I really like the design of the 1926 Piece.

Thanks, I see the grades but didn't note who graded them.
Can the OP confirm the graders were as 'huntsman53' stated?
Don...
The $3- NGC, the $2.50-PCGS, and the $10- NGC

$3 gold piece=app. $2,650; $2.50 Commemorative= $3,000; $10 gold piece= $1,500. All these values are coming from the 2014 Red Book.

Thanks guys, very informative, very interesting.

I think Mackaydon is pretty much on with the pricing! However, based on the Reverses of both the 1854 $3 and the 1910-D $10 pieces, I feel that PCGS might have given each a bump one grade from their' current grade. I wish that we could see pics of all three coins outside of their' holders!
