What's up with this penny?
It looks like part of a wheat back stamped on back of a Lincoln.Any thoughts?

A lot of pressure or some sort of solid substance like an epoxy. PMD for sure.
 
Looks like adhesive residue. Someone might have glued a wheat cent to the reverse of this coin, producing a "two headed" cent.

Or, maybe not.
