Here is the item in my other post but more cleaned up. I personally think it says BEHIN on the front - I can see "Made in and S75 and some other numbers on the back - Maybe a modern button? unknown item 3.webpunknown item 3 cleaner.webpunknown 7 front.webpback.webpunknown 7 back.webpsize.webp

looks like 27.9g on back.really does look gold..heavy?can you test it?

It failed the 10k acid test. It weighs .9 grams and is smaller than a dime.

I clearly see the N - the letter before it I can't make out for sure or letters - there's no room for the E after the N for it to be 'Be Mine"

vhs07 is on the right track. It could be PAT. APR.27.96

The fancy scroll work on the 'front' looks Victorian to me so I'm guessing 1896?

It was found right next to my victorian era keyhole cover so that sounds promising!

Here is my guess.... A old bottle cap off of a late 1800's medicine bottle, it was thrown in the ocean or came off the titanic and washed up and you found it.......Ok that may sound far fetched but that is a cool find.
