I found this rock very small and very heavy.
It has some really interesting details about it.

Port Lavaca, huh?? The sun probably melted some scrap steel into the soil. :laughing9:

It "looks" like a dirty quartz, until you show the bottom(?) of the rock that is all cracked. Yet another photo has what looks like iron staining, which is also common in quartz. .....Beats me!
