How big is it?

From that angle and lighting I don't see anything "fossilly" about it.

Instead of making funny remarks, I will ask a few questions to maybe get a better idea of what it is...
How big is it??
What does the other side look like??
If it is rock, What is the hardness?? soft and flaky or solid and hard??
Where did you find it?? Rock shop, Field, Hill or stream bed.
Do they find fossils in your area??

Answering these Questions may give a better idea of what it may be.

Good Luck
