🔎 UNIDENTIFIED What is the brass item?

Found in a vacant lot in the old part of town. Made of brass with "UP" and an arrow on one side, and "UPC" on the other side. A fairly complicated bracket for something......any ideas?

Looks to maybee be a ecletreecal idem of some kine.

UPS is electrical
uninterruptible power source (UPS)
Probably part of a switch gear.

It's stamped UPC, not UPS. I would think something electrical would be made of copper, not brass.....or am I mistaken?

Hydro brass is used.
