Not sure on the God, but looks like it went on an Indian headdress.

Not catholic for certain. Not sure it's any religous symbol, doesn't look like it anyway.Looks more like something sentimental since it's heart shaped.

Yeah it looks skeletal too me too!

I was also told 18k gold isn't used that much any more if at all... so it might be older...

I'm going with Buddhist too because of the clothes, crossed legs, and the aura. Since the eyes are hollow, I'm wondering if there were ever in stones in them? Is it marked 18K or what? Nice find, Breezie

How big is this pendant? If you found it in or around Eastland, I'm going with Mexican.

I have to go along with Mastereagle, but it's my ex wife. Wait, she's been married 18 times since I divorced her. I was #2, which number were you? Seriously I think Buddist too. Monty

Showed it to Maria who is Mexicana Pura and she immediately called it a Bhudda. She did note a skull head. It's not associated with the Dia de los Muertos, that she knows of. Although no longer affiliated with them, she didn't think it had anything to do with Catholics. Remember, there are many little offshoots of all groups and events, so it could fit in there somewhere. Kind of a cool find, I think.

I believe its De Los Muertos. Not a catholic saint but a person who is celebrated in Mexico.
