Any markings?
 

Need context, estimated age, materials used, throw a coin in the photo for size reference, things like that please. Check the clasp and pin with magnification looking for hallmarks and/or makers marks. Some of the older stuff I find that the jewel crafters were really good at hiding their signature.
 

My Grandma was stationed in Germany during the world war 2 and she purchased this jewelry there is no marking I seen for maker.

I spend every weekend digging thru various boxes of jewelry at yardsales, I see alot like what you have here and without any markings it will be assumed by any collector it is just generic costume jewelry.
 

aka "vintage" costume jewelry...
