✅ SOLVED What is this button?

I found this button in my yard today, it looks old, but I am not sure. The back was iron, and crumbled off when I picked it up. Appears to be copper or bronze. I can make out an axe on the top, and on the crest it has a Pi and an E (I think). Its just a little larger than a penny. The house was built in the 70's, but an older house was close.

I believe the letters are R.F. (the R is just over stylized I think), as it's pretty much the national emblem of France: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_emblem_of_France

Good idea!
It is very similar, but both the heads match, and look like lions. but all the leaves around the edge are all olive looking, and no oak.
I think its a close copy of the French emblem, and based off of it for sure. Maybe the letters are JIE, they are all connected at the top.

Ok, I am going to mark this solved, I think Kiros32 might have hit it on the head. Its the 2nd I found in my yard, the other was partially crushed, and I couldn't make a lot of it out. Thanks for all the help!!
