✅ SOLVED What is this Medal/Medallion?

Found these 3 pieces of a medal/medallion while treasure hunting yesterday. It is 3" in diameter and appears to be white metal. No markings other than the design on the front. Anyone have an idea what it is?

The 8 points of the Maltese cross represent the Beatitudes

The cross has been used by several fraternal orders, but the generally do not use the knight symbol, and tend to embellish it with their own additions.

dating may be difficult, they are still around today, and have been around for about 500 years
