✅ SOLVED What is this medieval looking thing?

Ok, so I found this thing in an old run down barn. The old man that owned it said that it was displayed in the window of a brothel house and his father was able to get it when the place was shut down. He also said that it was around the 1920's when the place was shut down. Does anyone know what it is or how to authenticate age? I'm not sure what to think or what its value could be. Thanks for any information!
