What is this old coin? I still don't know what this is. Any ideas?

I found this old copper coin in Pennsylvania near an abandon school. I think its Old, maybe 1600-1700s but have no idea. If anyone can tell me id appreciate it. Its about the size of a dollar. ^_^

It looks like the "woman and child" side has much more detail than the other side. It looks kinda like a repurposed livery button.

I'm intrigued and did a bit of searching online in hopes I might help in identifying this item. I found nothing, other than maybe a very early tax token of some type kinda seem similar to what you found.
