What is this patch?

My mother had this patch saved with my military patches and insignias. I think she mixed something up but I did travel extensively. I am just wondering if this is mine. Thank you. The patch is rubberized on felt or wool and measures 2-1/4x 2-1/2 inches.

Thank you so much. I was in Sardinia several times so that might be where I got it but doesn't jar any memories. Again, thank you you are great!

Thank you for your reply. I traveled throughout the Pacific in 1975 and '76 and worked with the Korean Marines and the Filipino Marines. In 1976-1982 I worked with the Italian Marines, British Royal Marines, and spent some time with Israeli soldiers. I have visited most of the Carribean Islands but don't recall working with any foreign military there. As far North as Shetland Islands and South through the Indian Ocean. including N Yemen Somalia and Kenya.
I was recently given many letters I had wrote to my mother during these times and realized ashamedly that I had forgotten very much. I think because I had so many back to back deployments everything became blurred. The list is pretty long but I think these are the most likely details. Thank you.
I might have caused confusion! I know the patch was never a part of my uniform. It might have been given me by another military I have worked with. That is what was meant when I said I don't know if it's mine. For all I knew it was a nephews boy scout patch lol.
