What is this spearheads official name

I've had this frame awhile. It has that big fat black spearhead front and center. What's the official name of the form? I know I've never seen another like it in my limited experience

I bought it in an auction about 20 years ago. It came off the wall of a garage in Ohio.

Yeah those notches make it different thats why I was not sure what it was. Its like a giant arrowhead
