No idea I'm afraid but there are collectors out there who specialize in tokens with pictures of ships on them. My advice is to keep researching.

Possibly a type of Mardi Gras doubloon. I can't make out the writing.

Deffinately not a token. Tokens are redeemable for for cash value at a particular store.

It does look kinda like a mardi-gras coin, but I've never seen one like a real coin. Always make of cheap plastic.
