Looks like limestone coral. If it’s not native, it may have been brought in for road construction or something.
 
No idea what kind of fossil it is, but it's freakin' cool looking! :occasion14:
 
Was there ever railroad tracks in the area? A lot of rock was hauled from all over for rail beds.
No this was in the woods looked like it was uprooted from a tree since it was at the base of 1. Nearest rail road is to far. And with these rock formations there’s no traveling back where it was found.
