I couldnt find a picture but I took this str8 from the USN Uniform regulation book.

(4) Hat Device. All E-6 personnel wear a
gold metal lyre superimposed on the shank of a gold fouled
anchor with the silver letters "USN" superimposed on the
anchor's stock immediately above the lyre.
