Hi all new guy here first post I found this on a sand bank in the savannah river near augusta Ga. I'm not sure if it's a plain rock or man-made thought maybe some on here could tell me. Thanks

Sorry, but that's not an artifact.

It sort of has the shape of a celt but it is a natural rock. Lots of good items have been found in your area. Keep looking those sand bars and banks - Good luck and post em.
