I think they are drawer pulls. Depending on their size they could be from a jewelry box to a dresser drawer.

Something to give an idea of size helps in photo's.
Could be 1/4 inch diameter metal push pins ,or two inch diameter top to a bottle/container , or?
The pics don't strike me as a rivet. More like something secured into something on one end ,and either a material with a hole or grommet fitted over it ....or it is for a finger hold. l.o.l.?
