I saw this because it kinda has both those names. It has Flabella Movina and then Josephus Buchoz...probably just a coincidence thou.

Based on the way this was written in all caps, I'm thinking this says 'THE ARTIST WAS MOVING' - adds to the story this person scribed. Note the letter A in 'ARTIST' and 'WAS' in all caps. It would be odd to end the final word out of the all caps pattern with a larger lower case 'a', but then again anything could happen!
